Domestic orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Delivery within Canada usually takes around 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. We utilize Canada Post for our shipping. For those in the Greater Toronto Area, we offer same or next day delivery.
It’s important to note that we do not ship on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on Canadian holidays. If you place an order after 12:00 PM EST on a Friday or during the weekend, it will be shipped out on the following Monday morning.
Yes we do! International orders are also processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed. The estimated delivery time for international orders is approximately 10-12 business days from the date of shipment. We use Canada Post for international shipping, and please note that delivery times may vary due to customs and the postal system of the destination country. It is important to be aware that customs fees and duties may be imposed by the destination country, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to handle these charges.
Customs: Customs related fees and duties vary by country and must be handled by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide information on them before shipping. Our customers are responsible for payment of the product, tax, and shipping costs as stated on our website.
We are more than willing to assist you if you need to make edits to your order. However, it’s important to note that changes to shipping addresses can typically only be made within a short time frame after placing the order. If your order has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that we are unable to modify the shipping address at that point. It is also worth mentioning that Canada Post is unable to make changes to delivery addresses once the order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor the progress of your shipment on the shipping carrier’s website. You can also track your order through your account dashboard by clicking here
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (9am-5pm EST) from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been picked up for shipping or has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded as all sales are final.
