Pictures of the outside package as well as the inside contents need to be sent to hello@mountainshilajit.co
Once we have received that, a ticket will be submitted to Canada Post. They will require you to fill out a questionnaire. The questionnaire must be filled out and returned to Canada Post in order for us to ship out a replacement order.
In order to receive the correct order, we require pictures of the incorrect order you received. Please email them along with your order number to hello@mountainshilajit.co
Once we have verified the above, a return shipping label will be sent to you. Once received, please apply the shipping label to the package and send it back to us.
Your correct order will then be sent.
