Our main warehouse is located in Toronto, Canada and usually ships from Monday to Friday. Note: We don’t ship on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or Canadian holidays. Any orders placed after 12: PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday morning. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.

Standard domestic shipping takes between 2 to 4 workdays for delivery on local orders once the order leaves the warehouse. International orders take 4 – 10 business days, though it could take longer depending on customs at the border.

Yes indeed, we do! We ship to most countries all around the world. For orders outside Canada, the delivery time and shipping costs depend on the location and are calculated during checkout. Every order comes with a unique tracking number through home delivery.
